To help build a productive culture, and retain valuable employees, Eclipse Human Resource Solutions provides a suite of HR support services, including a unique approach to training. Headquartered in Vancouver, they have recently opened a Nanaimo office to serve small and medium businesses.

The labour shortage in BC affects most companies, so it is imperative to make efforts to retain employees and keep them engaged. Eclipse’s training programs do just that, by enabling change in culture, in communications, and in productivity. They are the official trainer for the BC Association of Manufacturers, and have helped local clients like the Nanaimo Port Authority, and Kw’umut Lelum First Nation.

Eclipse’s training approach is different. They don’t just come in, conduct training, and then leave. Eclipse has a comprehensive follow up program to mentor and coach participants over several weeks, to help facilitate results. This method ensures that a positive shift occurs with both executives and employees.

Actively involved in giving back to their communities, the Eclipse team volunteers and provides support to groups like Nanaimo Family Life and Nanaimo Multicultural Society.
