VANDALISM RELIEF FUND

If your business or property is damaged intentionally or accidentally through a break-in, vandalism, or graffiti, the City of Nanaimo may be able to provide some relief through this fund administered by the Chamber of Commerce. Certain terms and conditions apply:

The form below must be completed with as much detail as possible
Compensation is limited to $2,500 per instance
We cannot provide compensation to any business more than twice in a calendar year
Must be a downtown storefront business in operation
An Applicaton may include up to 50% of the cost of installation of security or prevention measures up to a maximum of $1000. NOTE: There must be a claim for vandalism incident to be eligible.

**All applicant businesses shall be situated in the downtown area bounded by Comox Road, Milton Street and Front Street in the catchment areas of the Downtown Business Association, Old City Quarter Business Association, or Victoria Crescent Community Association, as identified on the attached map**
