NOTICE REGARDING ROOM RENTALS AMID COVID-19

While our rooms are still available to rent, we have decreased the capacity we can accommodate in order to abide by physical distancing guidelines.

Our Staples Training Centre can safely accommodate 10 people and our Boardroom can safely accommodate 7 people.

Increased cleaning and sanitization protocol has been established and all surfaces will be sanitized before and after use.

  • MEMBER RATE
  • $90.00 per half day (+ GST)
  • $165.00 per full day (+ GST)
  • After Hours Member Rate
  • $125 (+ GST) for 4 hours
  • $175 (+ GST) for 8 hours
  • NON-MEMBER RATE
  • $175.00 per half day (+ GST)
  • $300.00 per full day(+ GST)
  • After Hours Non-Member Rate
  • $240 (+ GST) for 4 hours
  • $350 (+ GST) for 8 hours

Regular Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

NOTE: Coffee and tea are complimentary.  A $35.00 surcharge is applied when food catering service is included in a room rental.

The Staples Training Centre comfortably seats 20 – 25 people in a classroom setting. The Boardroom can seat 20 people around the table.
