Jennifer Hufnagel

Jennifer Hufnagel is an accomplished corporate trainer, operations consultant and AI Futurelab Mastermind Trainer based on Vancouver Island. Supported by a Business Degree in Entrepreneurship from the UVIC, Jennifer has spent the last 25 years as a Learning & Development Specialist and Business Consultant. 

She has worked for notable companies including 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, QuickMobile, Men In Kilts, and Hootsuite. Her clients have ranged from entrepreneurs to Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as VISA, Intuit, Walmart & KPMG. Additionally, she developed one of the five training programs for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games; which was delivered to 35,000+ people. While at Innovation Island, she co-created and led the DER3 Program, which assisted over 460 businesses (solopreneurs to SMBs) on Vancouver Island to “Get Digital”. This program was then scaled to serve businesses across British Columbia.

In her consultation practice, Hufnagel Consulting, she works with small and medium sized businesses and non profits, optimizing their operations, assisting with software adoption/digitization and training their teams. 

At the heart of Jennifer’s training style is a learner-centric approach, making her a dynamic and captivating presence in both in-person and virtual classrooms. When not working, you can find her volunteering, cold dipping, hiking, canning, tending to her garden or playing badminton.
