The Commercial Street Night Market!

*Applications for 2025 will go live on February 20*

The Commercial Street Night Market brings life, color, and the sounds of summer to downtown Nanaimo. Over the course of 11 weeks, the Market will host nearly 200 artisan vendors, more than a dozen food trucks, multiple musical entertainers, a vibrant kids’ zone, and the NEW Inclusive zone creating a festive family atmosphere.

The Night Market is designed to bring locals and tourists into the heart of our city, showcasing our restaurants and businesses. The artisan vendors beautifully demonstrated the creative community found here and all over the mid-Island.

The Commercial Street Night Market is located on the traditional, unceded territory of Snuneymuxw First Nation and we pay respect for the opportunity to live, work, and host this event on their land.
