A sure sign of the holidays is the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce’s SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS Lights Display Contest. Homes and businesses participate in this decorating ‘competition’ to attract the attention of the community and claim bragging rights for their creativity!
